Unfortunately, I don't think this was an official ad or made/condoned by the campaign so I think it's a bit disingenuous to attribute it as such.

That's not an "Obama ad."  It's the Apple 1984 Think Different ad, altered slightly by some random person. 

It's effective in that it makes Hillary Clinton seem inauthentic, but it's corny as hell.
