1998/status quo

Republicans will probably pick up between 1 and 4 Senate seats, while Democrats will pick up 5-15 house seat.

The Senate elections might turn out a bit like 2006 and the House elections could look like 1986 or 1990.

I see the GOP picking up maybe 3-4 Senate Seats, and about 5-6 House Seats.
