Per the Twenty Minutes Act, should you make a mistake on your ballot, you may edit it within 20 minutes. Otherwise, it will considered invalid if edited.

You may not vote unless you are a registered citizen of the Pacific Region, and have been so for one week.

I don't really care about this amendment and the outcome of this vote is obvious, so it doesn't particularly matter to me whether the vote is counted or not.

Final count is 5 (affirm) - 2 (Negative) - 1 (Abstention) with one unrecognizable, so this passes and the voting booth is hereby closed.

PJ has de-registered, but his vote was legal when he cast it.
