I noticed there was an issue earlier where people couldn't decide if MasterJedi met the activity requirements, having only posted in the Mod Board in a certain period of time. I furthermore realized there wasn't anything on the books about deleted posts or posts moved to the mod boards, and, since some of the law requires a threshold of activity, I thought we might clear that up.
