Mr. Secretary, what are current developments of the crisis in Crimea? I wish to pass an aid package for Ukraine if my resolution passes the Senate, but I am unsure if the current events (like the increase in Russian oil prices) are the same as in OTL.

I thank SoEA Superique for appointing me as the new Special Envoy, and I am currently on my way to Kiev to hold a meeting with the government regarding the recent situation in Donetsk and to address the whole crisis as well. I will make a more official statement in my Senate office, and I promise to keep Atlasia updated on my efforts to aid the Ukranian government.
