Costa Rica making the knockouts would be beautiful.

Well, that's good. These 3 points put us in a pretty good shape to advance, so let's celebrate. Smiley Still, I hope the team's game grows more audacious next times. So many times players didn't even try to gain ground, instead sending the ball backwards.

So, we are 7 matches into the World Cup and there were no draws so far. Useless trivia all right, but when was the last time it happened? (if it ever did).

That's the fact I can't get over. I'm not complaining though.

Now it's 8 Tongue
I think it's great, at least we don't have any boring 0-0 or 1-1 draws so far. In Fact, Except the Mexico- Cameroon match, every other of the seven matches had at least 3 goals.

Hope this trend continues.

Well, we're not going to win the World Cup on a performance like that...

Yeah, draws are the worst. This is shaping up to be a very exciting contest. Smiley

No love for Marchisio's goal? It was definitely the most impressive of the three.

I'll admit that I was hoping for a Walcott moment if we won.

But guys, let's not turn this into a .gif thread. Please. Tongue

The PA system failed so no national anthems in France-Honduras.

One more reason for using a real orchestra for the anthems!
