Wow, what a glorious result for Costa Rica, even if it goes against my tip. But what the heck was Muslera doing?

It's absolutely refreshing to know that Tiki-Taka is dead and buried now.

It's not really that they win a lot (at least not for me). It's more that they have a disgustingly boring style of play and are a bandwagoner haven. And it's always entertaining watching an amazing team getting defeated by underdogs.

WOOT! GO MY CENTRAL AMERICAN BROTHERS!

And yes, that was totally a penalty in favor of Costa Rica. But even with refball, Costa Rica are still winning.

Argentina doesn't deserve to win this match IMO. They did a very poor job of executing their chances. Iran did an incredible job of defending against a much larger team, were denied an obvious penalty, and managed to catch the Argentinian defense with their pants down on numerous occasions.

Tim Howard is literally the only reason why the US isn't dying right now. Incredible performance so far.

It seems that the referee isn't going to give out any yellow cards until a player gets shot in the face. Ridiculous.
