For the past few years, I have been counted out of Atlas NFL Pick 'Em. Year after year I struggled. Year and year I finished near the bottom of the pack.

This year, though, I knew things would be different. Everyone still doubted me, no one thought I could do it. I was the butt of numerous jokes:

Then again, if the history of Super Bowl losers is to be believed, next year you'll be lucky to finish ahead of Tmth.

Early on, things weren't looking great for me - it appeared Tyrion had this in the bag. But I fought on, never giving up. I never led until the final moment, and I won because I never quit. Like so many great America heroes (George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Mitt Romney), I never gave up on my dream for a better tomorrow.

I stand before you today as a winner, not only of Atlas NFL Pick 'Em, but also a winner of the Atlas Fantasy Football League. While we have many fans of American football on this forum, at least for the time being, I hold the crown as the greatest.

It's the way I won. Getting into the playoffs with a 2 point win and then completely blowing everyone out in the playoffs. It was pretty unexpected.
