Scrap the last goal, I'm going to do a series soley for Democratic gerrymanders with districts that have a population close to 500,000 as possible.

I'm really not in the mood to type up the results for all the districts, but Obama won 72 and McCain won 28.

(gonna update this map as I go along) The random white spot near SE Virginia only contained ~2,000 people, but it would not affect the map in any way.
