When counting in unelected first terms (as in the case of Truman and Johnson), who is the best two term a President since FDR?

Although I would say I'm ideologically closest to Truman, he wasn't a very successful President, if we're being completely honest about his tenure in the White House. I voted for Eisenhower.

Outside of desegregating the armed forces and Fair Housing Act, Truman failed to pass his domestic agenda. There's no doubt his Presidency was marked by the foreigh affairs. Whether we agree or not with what he did on external field, it was very eventful Wink

What did Ike accomplish in comparison to the other Presidents?

I like Truman the best but I'd say LBJ narrowly accomplished more.

Ike was probably the most important in keeping the Cold War from heating up to a WWIII nuclear winter.
