Let's say for clarity that Bobby Kennedy never enters 1968, so McCarthy is able to win big, also, Romney manages to get Rocky behind him and Nixon decides to call it quits, resulting in Romney's nomination (Wallace runs as per OTL), now with two anti-war candidates, how would the race've been changed?

I think Romney wins. Even with an anti war candidate, the Democrats still get the blame. With the amount of civil unrest, growing crime & yearly summer riots, people were ready for a change. The only Democrat I could see winning in that environment was Bobby Kennedy.
