He cannot be closeted if he is unaware of what the term even means. The fact that he's tried in the past to tie libertarianism to national socialism means one or more of the following is true:

a. He has no effing idea what National Socialism was/is.
b. He has no clue what libertarian means.
c. Snow is just a teenager who is going through his "I got things figured out, look how much wiser I am the the other sheeple!" phase that so many leftist teenagers go through in high school. This usually comes about when they become aware of the fact that they know a bit more about gov't than their classmates and are thus political philosophers. (This is not to say that rightwinger teens cannot be awful as well, but being that this is focused on snowstalker we are examining the leftwinger teen.)

I feel it is a mixture of all of the above that plague this poor poster of ours. I prescribe that Snow journey outside of suburban PA and actually go out and explore the world full of people and places he loves to make sweeping generalizations about based on Wikipedia.

No, it wouldn't require a semi-coherent ideology.  My understanding is that Alfred Rosenberg's The Myth of the Twentieth Century was the most significant attempt to turn it into one and it was a dismal failure by all accounts.  I believe von Schirach once said that Rosenberg "sold more copies of a book no one ever read than any other author."  That being said, the answer to the OP's question is obviously no.  He's just an attention-seeking teenager who doesn't know how to troll people.
