Listen boys and girls, if he wants people to actually visit his presidential library, it will be in Chicago.  People simply can't afford to go HI as a general rule, but lots of people not only live in and around Chicago, but actually go there for a weekend, a visit, whatever, and they might pop in while they're in town.

I know Hoover started it, but I   mean every president should have one.

Oh, sure, all future ones will.  You don't get that job without having an ego the size of Russia, so anything to toot their own horn will get built.
