more incompetent than horrible. which might sound strange given how much of his domestic agenda he got through... but people forget about all his many harebrained schemes (besides even the 14 points) and humiliating failures in east europe, latin america, etc.

Neutral.  Was a great leader during World War I, and even if the League of Nations failed, it was well-intentioned.  On the other hand, he was also one of the most racist presidents we've ever had and segregated the military.

Austria was already a German client state by WWI (and especially during WWI), and one in which the German (and later the Hungarian) upper classes ruled over everyone else. Federalism couldn't have worked because the Czechs, Croats, Slovenes, etc. didn't want to be part of some blob; they wanted to be independent states.

Here's the problem though, when do I know when voting ends? Or does it not? I usually put a timer of 3 days, and I've done that for every one. And it would only be 2 days worth of voting rather than 3. It just wouldn't be the same. I will do it again despite how much of a waste it may be.
