I still consider Pluto a planet.

My vote goes to Neptune.

Mars is pretty cool, though Saturn deserves a shoutout.

Around here, Uranus seems like it should win overwhelmingly, no?

You can't call Pluto a planet while excluding several other bodies of equal or greater size which are not considered planets (Ceres, Eris, etc.) Include those or kick off Pluto.

Jupiter's the most interesting, so I voted that, but Saturn is the most aesthetic, I think, followed closely by Neptune and Jupiter.

It's very likely raining gemstones and diamonds in the atmospheres of those gas planets due to atmospheric conditions and intense pressure. A thousand tons a year on Saturn?

Ahh, the old Uranus joke. Poor planet.

If Pluto is on the list, why can't we vote for Eris? It orbits the sun, is larger than Pluto, and has a moon. Tongue

Uranus because it's tilt is so great that it has East and West Poles instead of North and South.

On the other hand, it's also nice to be able to say in a Star Trek fan fic: "Captain Kirk, you must defend the solar system by wiping up the Klingons around Uranus."

I thought about Eris (and ceres as well) in the abstract, but Pluto is still the only one named after a Disney Character, and the only one that gets my vote.

Pluto isn't a planet; reported for trolling.
