This is interesting - looks like a keg party / hazing party. Very brave of him. If it were really secret or occultist I doubt that he would have been able to just walk in. Also, invitations written backwards, liturgies or incantations spoken backwards, magic circles (in the very end of Eyes Wide Shut the girl is standing in front of a board game called "The Magic Circle"), etc. and so on are all occult giveaways. So I've read.

That's what Tom Cruise walks in on in Eyes Wide Shut - a ritual intended to mock a religious ceremony. The creepy music there is a liturgy sung backwards. Kubrick was making a statement about how occult behavior was prevalent in the ranks of the elite. Who knows. Supposedly, that party was modeled after something that happened in the 1970s, but again who knows. I wasn't there.

All the kids going into the industry have a right to know the douchery they have to endure to rise through the ranks.  Didn't see any women dressed in drag (presumably as men) and didn't see minority faces.  Maybe this organization has no role in who gets hired to do what, but I doubt it.  These are businesses that handle huge amounts of other people's money (and small amounts of mine) so yes, I do think their privacy does have limits, especially since they did nothing to protect it.
