Well, I want to thank the Midwest for having elected as MW representative, as MW Archduke and as MW Governor during more than 1 year more. I'm truly honored. I have been able to serve with wonderful people: Maxwell, ilikeverin, thomas, GAworth, Lumine, Brewer, Arturo, Cris, AdamF, Sol, Spamage,...

Since Arturo will now be the acting Governor until the next special gubernational election (in 10 days), I obviously endorse him if he chooses to file for this officr. Arturo has been a great Most  Serene Representative and a great Archduke, I'm sure he will be a great governor.

I don't plan to completely leave the region however, I will still update the wiki for instance.
