Censorship: Oppose
Flag burning: I don't enjoy burning flags, but people can do it if they wish
Smoking bans: Oppose, because people can decide if they want to slowly kill themselves or not. It is not of out concern to stop them
Drinking: Should be lowered to 19
Euthanasia: Should be left to the states (oppose)
Drugs: Should be left to the states (legalize them)
Gambling: Should be left to the states (support)
Prostitution: Should be left to the states (keep it illegal)
Embryonic Stem Cell Research: Should be left to the states (support use of adult stem cells, but definitely not embryos)

Economic Issues

Taxes: National sales tax
Employers and Employees: Pro-business
Free trade: Oppose
Spending: Cut all non-military spending
Social Security: Support privatization
Welfare: Ideally, it would be eliminated, but I support reforming it as a first step there
Health-care: Use the lottery
Education: Support vouchers, support homeschooling, and oppose mandatory schooling
Minimum Wage: Should be left to the states (keep it at the normal level ($7.25 in Indiana)
Regulation: Very little

Foreign Issues

United Nations: Oppose
Afghanistan: Oppose (hopeless)
Iraq: Oppose (we won in 2008)
Israeli–Palestinian conflict: Support a two state solution
Iran: Favor military strikes if diplomacy fails
North Korea: Favor multilateral approach
Patriot Act: Support
Torture: Support
Military Involvement: Varies by circumstance

Economic
Taxes and Spending: Institute a flat tax of 10% for the bottom 80% of earners and of 20% for the top 20% of earners; pass a Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution
Gold Standard: I'd like to back our currency up with something of value, so yes
NAFTA: Repeal it ASAP
Unions: Get rid of card check, and prevent federal employees from joining unions
Poverty: The best way to reduce poverty is through the free market
Overall: A supply sider with protectionist trade policies

Social
Abortion: In favor of state bans, not a federal ban
Gay marriage: I support the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)
Illegal Immigration: Secure our borders, and ship em out of our country
Drugs: End the federal War on Drugs and let states handle the issue (on that level, I'm all for decriminalization)
Patriot Act: Vigorous supporter
Overall: Constitutionalist and strong supporter of states' rights

Foreign Policy
Iraq: Partition it and then leave
Afghanistan: Hopeless quagmire. We'd be better off out of there
Israel: If possible, I will always support a two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinian Authorty
North Korea: If they nuke us, then nuke back
Iran: Try to steer clear of confronation until absolutely necessary. When that point comes, only bomb government/military facilites and their nuclear bases
Overall: Diplomacy works best, but we should always be ready for a battle
