Pilate wasn't "King of Rome". As I recall, he was Prefect of Iudea. In any case, whatever. I might think of a map or Pilate's ideology later.

I thought it was pretty obvious, but yes, this thread is a satire of some comments I've read on and off this board.

It seemed kind of like it was joking, but I couldn't not pass up a chance to criticize something. I mean, really, what would you do if you saw this thread?

No.  Not what I'm saying at all.  I'm saying Pilate was a monster who didn't mind slaughtering Jewish resisters in the province he was governing in broad daylight.  That's why he is not comparable to modern American Republicans.  That was my point.  K?
