He was probably a Christiecrat, so maybe in the future. But the problem is that moderate NJ republicans are mostly pro choice, and he's pro life. So he will always be more a "DINO" than a "RINO".

I could see him switching back to a Republican or to a Libertarian. Switching to a Democrat is a lot less likely, but it's not outside the realm of possibility.
