I'm pretty sure we don't have jurisdiction over whatever Chevron is doing in Ecuador...

And in any case the presiding judge, Lewis Kaplan, said the the Ecuadorian judgement was made through "fraud and racketeering"... That really isn't his business, and it's Ecuador's jurisdiction here IMO.

Except that the winning side in the Ecuadorian case is trying to use U.S. courts to collect here the judgement made there since Chevron has nothing left in Ecuador for them to confiscate.
