http://www.cbsnews.com/news/rep-alan-graysons-wife-accuses-him-of-injuring-her/

She's now accusing him of injuring her, Grayson's camp claims this is an "outright lie".

This isn't too much of a surprise, we've always known Alan Grayson is somewhat of a sociopath.

If he was a Republican, we would of course never hear about this case - let alone from CBS, which cries "Benghazi!" every chance it gets.

You never hear about the fact that the Tea Party in Kentucky opposes a domestic violence bill that everyone else supports. You never hear about the fact that a local Republican lawmaker said abortion is domestic violence.

LOL

Alan Grayson having rage issues surprises absolutely no one. Hopefully he gets primaried and the Democratic party can be rid of another embarrassment.

Honestly, I don't like Grayson even without this accusation. He's too much of a loudmouth. You can be passionate about an issue without being a jerk; see Bernie Sanders, Sherrod Brown, etc.

Let's presume he's innocent until he's proven guilty, shall we?

Somehow that principle never seems to apply to politicians in the court of public opinion.

He should really just resign. He's progressive as hell, but he's putting every seat he's in at risk.

In the 112th Congress, it bugged me that Democrats didn't have an anti-Bachmann.

Now that Bachmann's leaving...

I've met him before,  I have had friends who worked with him before.  I am not surprised whatsoever.

Obviously disturbing if true.

The filing deadline in Florida is still two months away. Things could get interesting if this hangs around and Grayson is the Democratic nominee again, especially if the GOP nominates someone with ties to the district's Puerto Rican community. I think Grayson would be able to scrape by even under those circumstances though. No House Republican represents a district as Democratic as FL-09.

And the GOP still won't win the seat, which says a whole lot about the state of that party's crossover appeal. They'd have to redraw the map and draw the seat into some rural areas far off in the distance, but obviously a redraw isn't possible, so they are pretty much sunk.

Assuming he's guilty, he should not be renominated.

Agreed. We can get an equally as passionate, equally as progressive Representative in the district without them being personally terrible like Grayson.
