What should be the minimum qualifications for running for President?

The current qualifications are fine; I'd lower the age to be President down to 30, just like the Senate. I'd also allow anyone aged 21 and above run for the House.

Doesn't that seem a bit restrictive? I'm sure that competent executives can be found in any country at any age. As well, I'd think that you would want to give the people the ultimate say in who their leader is, not some arbitrary rules like citizenship and how many years they've been around.
