We need to find that out, and if so, I would guess that this would replace it. But I'd like to know the differences first. I certainly favor the concept and am not sure that it hurts to have this one, but it would be good to compare.

Yes it was a final vote Smiley

The only reason we're voting so much on these amendments is because the person who proposed them isn't even here anymore.

Once we get done those, there will be less confusion.
