Hi y'all. I'm thinking of making it in four editions, because gathering all 28 votes in all 28 countries can be a pain in the ass. So for now, give me :

France : FG
Belgium : PTB-GO! (possibly Ecolo if PTB-GO! doesn't seem to have any traction at all)
The Netherlands : SP
Luxembourg : dei Lénk
Germany : die Linke

Your turn. When we have a few answers, we'll go on to Southern Europe in another thread.

I'm not really familiar with hoe the EU Parliamentary elections work. Are we essentially saying which party we would support in each country?

Belgium: LDD
The Netherlands: PVV
Luxembourg: ADR
Germany: AfD

Ftr, I don't support all of these parties. But, some of my preferred parties are pretty small so I don't know if they qualify to be be on the ballot or how that works.

I support Tender with this. Austria's got nothing to do with those Eastern states...
Western, maybe even Southern, but never Eastern!

Anyway:

Since the 5% threshold has been abolished for the EP election, I intend to vote for DIE PARTEI.

Yepp, but that name is more than 1000 years old ... Wink

And historically included in fact Eastern European countries such as Hungary, parts of Poland and even the Ukraine.

But for the last 100 years, we are now clearly associated with Central/Western Europe - also in terms of culture.

I'm not judging or anything, but what a bizarre set of choices. Could explain the pattern ? Possibly with maps ? Tongue

Oh and Austria clearly will be included in the Central Eastern Europe set of countries, as it should be. Cheesy
