Bump! I think we have reached a point in which a final vote should be almost ready.

Do you desire any revisions in light of 60:15's passage, Senator, or shall we proceed wtih it as is?

I have some fears about this amendment of Mr. TNF, while there is in fact more solid reports that minorities are suffering in some ways because of the Russian Occupation in Crimea, there are no real reports that Russian-blooded leaving in Ukraine are being threatened by the Ukrainian Government. To approve such an amendment would basically mean that the Senate of Atlasia agrees partially with President Vladimir Putin and that we do believe in fact that the new Ukrainian Government is repressing minorities, which is a blatant overrated lie of Russian Authorities.

Lumine, is the amendment friendly or hostile?

I have my private doubts, but I can understand the motives behind the amendment, so I'll take it as friendly.

I object. This would open up a free for all on immigration from Ukraine for reasons totally unrelated to the crisis.

That isn't necessarily so bad,
But I dislike the hatred for Ukraine's
Shiny new government by TNF.
I've seen no solid evidence of Russians
Discriminated at by those in power,
And this seems like a way to get a cheap
Shot in at democratic revolution.

Is Oleksandr Turchynov a Nazi?
Tsar Putin's lies seem to have captured you.
And furthermore, I see no evidence
Of widespread Russian-bashing by the cops
Or other instruments of government -
I haven't any reason to believe
That ethnic Russians have too much to fear.

I just love when socialists get in love with Vladimir Putin.... Seriously guys, this is not WWII, the "Great" Soviet State is not saving the citizens of East Europe from the hands of Nazis. I do have my concerns with Svoba but this is not a reason for us to endorse Russian Propaganda.

While I appreciate the sentiment, this has nothing to do with Putin (for me), and everything to do with my view on immigration restrictions.
