The Daily Beast says that there's "no doubt" that the wreckage is MH370:

The reasoning being that it's from a 777, and there are no other missing 777s presumed to be in the ocean.

It's interesting that this story should come out so soon after Australia, China, and Malaysia said they were thinking of giving up the search if nothing is found under the current parameters.
