The Dems are getting their own Tea Party on.
A website maintained by two guys who say we should target a handful of blue dogs in Safe D districts isn't exactly comparable to the tea party

Common Core and Amnesty will be the death of Jeb. He is a BIG proponent of Common Care which TPers absolutely despise and an avid supporter of amnesty we all know what that did to Rubio. I don't know why people think he would have such a clear path for the nomination especially with rising stars like Paul, Cruz, or Walker potentially in the race. He'd be the guy who hasn't competed for an election since 2002 running against people that have all been recently elected in the past fews been on the trail etc.

Really? Even most people I know that like cooler weather prefer 100 degrees to 0 degrees, if they are forced to choose. You must have a lot of natural body heat or someting. Tongue

It may be different if I have to be outside.  My house has good heating, even in 0 degrees.  It's harder to keep my place comfortable in 100.

Bravo Gene Taylor. Bravo.

Cochran and McDaniel could go to a run-off, which would be a nightmare.

I'm a little surprised Annette Bosworth did so poorly, considering some of those tea party groups were getting excited for her.

And boy was I wrong in NJ. Murray Sabrin got last place. He had easily the most organized campaign, guess he just rubbed people the wrong way. Either way, the NJ Senate field was a bunch of perennial losers and a random business guy whose ads were totally weird, so Cory Booker may cross 60.
You're right about that. I also want to know why does Lonegan lose all the time? He lost in 2005 GOP gubernatorial, 2009 GOP gubernatorial, 2013 special Senate election, and now in 2014's House primary. What's wrong?
The problem of course, is that he's Steve Lonegan

That show was hilarious when I was a kid. It's so random looking back at tv shows and cartoons. Who'd think to make a show named My Life As A Teenaged Robot.

I thought cruel and unusual punishment was illegal in this country, but the existence of those shirts prove otherwise.

I noticed that Donald Trump's supporters were twice as high among non-college graduates than college graduates. Its right wing populism. Its blaming others for economic problems (immigrants, China, trade, outsourcing, etc.) that these supporters may be facing. Its saying whatever the hell you want without giving a sh**t. Its about attitude, not politics. That's what the appeal is, and its pretty clear it is working among 1/4 of the GOP electorate. Its stupid, but so are they.

That said, for all the flaws Walker has, they're nothing in comparison to those of his loudest critics.

This.
