As a settlement 1.2 million, though only half of that is actually administered by it's namesake.

About 400k. The city & metro are the same due to an amalgamation in the 1990's, but the "old city" is about 250k give or take.

Population of the parish is about 700. The relevant census output area (the bits of the parish not in the largest two settlements) is about 390-ish. I'd guess the hamlet probably has between twenty and thirty people in it, depending on the definition of the hamlet.

100,000 to 500,000 depending on hurricane.  I believe the last estimate was around 365,000, and then you've got the tourists and even the commuters on top of that.
