I would vote aye if the case was made well or some new evidence came to light that Obama did something, or authorized something, that was illegal. I would vote nay if it was over something stupid and the case was made horribly/hysterically.

Would depend on the charges. Most likely it'd be some bullsh**t like Obamacare so No, but over drones or some other abuse? If I voted yes for Bush, I'd think long and hard about voting yes for Obama.
