I'm in full support of this bill, though I might be inclined to change the companies asked to follow this law from 15 employees to 10 employees and more to further expand on the right to unionize no matter how small the union might be. The company exception seems a bit unfair to and any company, new or old, should be subject to protecting workers' rights. I 100% agree though with Section 2 of this bill. Even if it isn't amended though, I would still support this bill. because it works great. We have to shove this in the faces of Snyder and Kasich. Tongue

btw Arturo, you skipped the MW Extraterrestrial Life Act on the Alping thread that Governor Windjammer reintroduced. Wink

I propose an amendment to strike Section 3 of this bill.

The rest of it I absolutely support. This is an awesome bill in and of itself. Nice work, Governor!
