http://www.businessweek.com/news/2014-03-12/israel-s-liberman-calls-for-gaza-reoccupation-after-rocket-fire
This follows a forty-one rocket barrage from Gaza into Israeli territory...

One wonders if just Nuking the whole region barren, would make things better...

He doesn't know what he's talking about. A reoccupation would have a much higher cost in lives than the current status quo. The current blockade and reprisals for attacks is the only option that works, if not perfectly.

It's clear that some people are so desperate to speak they say things without bothering to think about them.

The often-omitted reality of these rocket attacks is that they generally don't work.

The number of Palestinians killed by the IDF far outstrips the number of deaths from Gaza rockets.

That's how death cults work.

They don't actually need to hit their targets to cause disruption, fear and at times trauma for schoolkids. It's called 'terrorism' for a reason.

If you're worried about the psychic distress of children, then you should really oppose Israeli action in Gaza.

Ah yes, because $#!% blowing up in the middle of the desert but close enough for people to hear it is totally equivalent to having guns fired at you, being jailed without trial, having your house confiscated or demolished, and being unable to leave your town of residence for days and weeks at a time. Totally just as bad.

I never said that. At any rate, two wrongs don't make a right.

It's funny that the powerless manifestion of impotent rage, which have cost few lives are the the thing are "the wrong" which should be stopped.
