Any maps of what the 2004 election would look like if there was a Kerry McCain ticket?

Unless Kerry promised to resign after the election, it wouldn't have mattered to me.  Arizona would have voted narrowly for Kerry plus flips in NM, NV, and MAYBE CO.

AZ, NM, and NV wins it for Kerry.

McCain might have flipped Nevada and New Mexico, but not Arizona.

He may have. McCain is beloved in Arizona. He won among Democrats there last year. Although this move may annoy his conservative base.

The across the board effect would probably win him Ohio and Iowa.

Wouldn't Kerry/McCain have won in Ohio and Florida?  OK, OK, it depends on whether or not the vote was rigged.  If the vote was rigged, Kerry/McCain wouldn't have been able to win either one.  If the vote was not rigged, Kerry/McCain would have won in Ohio and possibly in Florida as well.

A Kerry/McCain poll was leading Bush/Cheney by 13 at one point.

Kerry 351
Bush 187

It (McCain on Kerry's ticket) would never happen, but it's a fun scenario to think about it.
