Arthur Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington: 40.6 percent FF
Charles Grey, the Earl Grey: 84.6 percent FF
Sir Robert Peel: 93.3 percent FF
William Lamb, Viscount Melbourne: 75 percent FF

So, it's onto Lord Russell, who was PM from 1846-1852 and from 1865-1866. Was known for being a reformist Whig and for being foreign secretary twice, his latter term coinciding with a number of dramatic events in Europe, such as the unification of Italy. For me, I'm fairly neutral about him.
