It's definitely good news, but Tennessee is unfortunately under the quite conservative Sixth Circuit.

On a a somewhat related note, the Fourth Circuit has recently expedited its hearing on Virginia's marriage amendment. It's set to hear arguments in mid-May. That court has a 9-5 Democratic-appointed majority.
