I'm hesitant about voting HP, since I don't think he was a particularly 'bad' man (although he doesn't seem to have been very likeable as an individual) and he was a first class yachtsman after all. However, his government was just, well, a mess, and he was undoubtedly a poor Conservative leader. In addition, I would have been vehmently opposed to his strong europhilia, so that's another black mark in my book. So, in Atlas terms, I guess lean HP would best describe my view of him.
