ATTN people who like to sue - please please stop deleting your case threads after we've already posted that they've been seen and we've already begun the logistically awkward process of discussing the merits.

If for whatever reason you change your mind and no longer wish to sue, simply state so in the thread or send one of us a PM. Deleting it causes confusion and means we'll inevitably end up doing work on a case that effectively no longer exists. Please show some consideration for us - it's quite tricky to continue a running conversation between three people with different lives and schedules in different parts of the world. Casually deleting a case without so much as a mention to anyone is extremely annoying.

This is directed most obviously at Simfan, yes, but he's unfortunately not the only one guilty of wasting the Court's time in this manner.

I'm seriously considering pushing for legislation penalising wasting court time at this point.
