A secret service agent was found drunk in a hotel room in The Netherlands shortly before President Obama's visit to the country this past week. He and his two partners have been sent back to the United States.


The Secret Service has been struggling with it's reputation since a 2012 incident in Cartnega, Colombia where thirteen members of the Secret Service were accused of sleeping with locals.
