Try this page census site. Go under the "Congressional Districts by Urban/Rural Population and Land Area" tab and it gives you total areas. You have to go state-by-state though.

NY-15, with an area of 14.54 miČ, remains the smallest congressional district.

NV-1 has an area of 104.50 miČ.

NY-10 is 14.25 mi2
NY-13 is only 10.25 mi2, and it's the smallest according to the Census link.
