4-way White Male Presidential Shoot-out 2008!
«

Gov. Mark Sanford / Gov. Bill Owens for the Republicans.
Gov. Phil Bredesen / Sen. Evan Bayh for the Democrats.
former Gov. Gary Johnson / Ed Thompson for the Libertarians.
former Rep. Dennis Kucinich / Peter Camejo for the Greens or some other 3rd party who hate Bredesen.
Who gets your vote, among these candidates, all of which are white or largely white males? I'm leaning Sanford, although Johnson could convince me...

I'd vote Sanford, but Bredesen or Johnson would make fine Presidents as well.

I'd vote Bredesen for electability purposes, though Kucinich is closer to my ideology.

Sanford, though Bedresen is an excellent choice. Not quite sure Kucinich is a man, more like an dwarf.

Ooooh...
White males...
How original...
Other than 1928, 1932, and 1984, are there
any
years where the four candidates from the two major parties haven't been white males?

depends on the polls in MS at the time. If Breseden has any chance at all, then I'd of course vote for him.
If he had no chance, I'd vote Kucinich just to screw with the MS establishment.

They would both be great Presidents, IMO. It's basically a coin toss to see who I'd vote for, LOL.

One-sixteenth Kaw (aka Kansa) Indian actually. And another sixteenth some other Indian tribe (Osage?). I think that qualifies as a White Male.
Even though he was raised by his one-half Indian grandmother during part of his youth.

Well, if that qualifies him as Native American, that qualifies me as purebred Native American. He was white.

Bredesen - 231 - 46%
Sanford - 307 - 54%
Johnson - 0 - 4%
Kucinich - 0 - 3%
Kucinich really hurts Bredesen. I don't know very much about Bredesen, but since he is from the south, Kucinich takes away votes from Kucinich in the north. I used Missouri results 4 the percentages.
