Hypothetically speaking, if I were to reach out to Russ Powers, I might say I was a potential employer. Assuming I were to take such a route, I could ask about Bushie's performance. He might tell me that Bushie was on track to get his certificate, and he could say something baffling, like he was always the first to show up and had excellent attendance. But I'm speaking hypothetically here.
