Two Republicans: Tennessee
Mixed: Alaska
Two Democrats: Vermont (if that doesn't count because Sanders is an independent, Oregon)

Oh, I didn't notice the least favorites part:

Two Republicans: Oklahoma
Mixed: Arkansas
Two Democrats: New Jersey

1. Tennessee
2. Vermont (or Minnesota if it has to be one Democrat and one Republican)
3. Massachusetts

Minnesota has two Democrats (Klobuchar and Franken).

1) Senate Delegation with 2 Republican Senators:
Kentucky - Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell (Only because besides TN and maybe MS, they're all terrible and Rand Paul I like more than most Republican Senators)

2) Mixed Senate Delegation:
Ohio - Sherrod Brown, Rob Portman (My home state, Brown is my favorite Senator, and Portman has actually grown on me quite a bit - IL, WI, and NV are other top ones)

Senate Delegation with 2 Democratic Senators:
3) California - Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer (Tough, tough choice, but Feinstein and Boxer really stand out the best)

1.Ugh, Kentucky, as much as I hate to admit it, Paul is much better than McConnell, and since that every other GOP 2 Senators state is just awful, though Arizona comes a closeish second, since Flake.

2. Maine, since Collins is an actual Moderate Republican, and for some reason, I really like Angus King, close behind is Wisconsin, 'cause muh Tammy Baldwin.

3. Oregon easily, as Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley are up there on my favorite Senators, especially Wyden and his attitude on the NSA, though a close second is Vermont, since Bernie Sanders.

2. Florida (Marco "WW3" Rubio, and Ben Nelson, one of my least favourite Blue Dogs)

3. South Carolina (Ugh, Tim Scott isn't all that bad for a Tea Partier, but Lindsey Graham.......... Ugh)

Favourites first:

Republicans

Arizona - Flake and McCain both have their slightly nutty moments (17th amendment repeal for the former, excessive warmongering for the latter) but they pleasingly aren't afraid to go against their party's grain.

Mixed:
Ohio - Brown is of course lovely, whilst Portman is also a decent enough fiscal conservative. Alaska came a close second, but Murkowski is apparently a bit dodgy.

Democratic:

Oregon - Markey is as strong a progressive as you're going to get, while Wyden is pleasingly anti-establishment and doesn't mind rocking the boat occasionally.

And the least favourites:

Republicans: A lot of choice - SC would win if DeMint hadn't done a Palin, TN's senators are the defintition of establishment party hacks, but I think Cruz and Conryn clinch it in Texas. Because Cruz, srs man.

Mixed: A lot of "more moderate than thou are" dullness here - in Maine (Collins is a poor man's Snowe, King is a weird showboat), in Florida (Nelson is a drip, Rubio believed his own hype too soon), Indiana, North Carolina , Pennsylvania ... but Arkansas wins here. Mainly due to Pryor, tbh.

Democratic: NY is saved somewhat by an (overrated) Gillibrand, CA by an (overhated) Boxer - I have to go with New Jersey's corrupt, hawkish Menendez and "celeb" mayor Booker.

2R:
Favourite - Kentucky (because of Paul, although Utah would be a close second because of Lee)
Least Favourite - Arizona (because of McCain)

1+1:
Favourite - New Hampshire (because of Ayotte)
Least Favourite - Nevada (because of Reid)

2D:
Favourite - West Virginia (because of Manchin)
Least Favourite - Massachusetts (because of Warren)

2. Florida (Marco "WW3" Rubio, and Ben Nelson, one of my least favourite Blue Dogs)

Ben Nelson is an awful Blue Dog, which is why I'm thankful he is both not in the Senate anymore and also that he represented Nebraska rather than Florida.

Favorite 2R: Tennessee, though Kentucky's isn't bad either.
Least favorite: South Carolina

Favorite 1+1: Alaska
Least favorite: Indiana

Favorite 2D: Oregon easily
Least favorite: New York or California

2 Republican

Favorite: Kentucky or Utah (but ugh at McConnell or Hatch)
Least: Arizona (but I like Flake)

1 R/D

Favorite: Alaska (or Maine if that counts)
Least: Nevada (for Reid, mostly)

2 Democrat

Favorite: West Virgina or Virginia
Least: California

Unfortunately every state with 2 republican senators seems to have one decently good one with one horrible one (Kentucky, Utah, South Carolina, Arizona, and Wyoming are all examples of this).

2 Republicans:
Favorite: Kentucky (Paul)
Least Favorite: Mississippi (Cochran is on my "must defeat" list)

1 R/D:
Favorite: Alaska (not a huge fan of Murkowski, but Begich is my favorite Dem far and away)
Least Favorite: Indiana (One crook, One Bayh-lite)

2 Democrats:
Favorite: Colorado (Bennet is a robot, but Udall is a good Dem senator I guess)
Least Favorite: California

2 Republicans:
Favorite - Tennessee, I guess.
Least Favorite - Kentucky (Paul is okay, but McConnell, I better don't say how I think of that one)

Mixed
Favorite - Alaska
Least Favorite - Nevada (I don't like Reid either. The only good thing about him is that he's a Democrat.)

2 Democrats:
Favorite - Massachussets
Least Favorite - California and New Jersey

2 Republicans:
Favorite: Kentucky (although Idaho or Oklahoma would be preferable if going by two good Senators rather than one great and one mediocre)
Least Favorite: Arizona (although Tennessee is a close second)

Mixed:
Favorite: Wisconsin (awful choices all around, but Ron Johnson is the best Senator from a mixed delegation)
Least Favorite: Illinois

2 Democrats:
Favorite: Oregon (two civil libertarians is as good as a Democratic delegation is going to get)
Least Favorite: California

And least favorites:

1) Senate Delegation with 2 Republican Senators:
Kansas - Pat Roberts, Jerry Moran (Roberts has served long enough in Congress and both are way too conservative. I would have said OK, but Inhofe's the only really bad one in that delegation).

2) Mixed Senate Delegation:
Arkansas - Mark Pryor, John Boozman (Boozman isn't controversial, but conservative while Pryor's just embarrassing. When Pryor's defeated though, my new least favorite will either be ND, IN or LA).

3) Senate Delegation with 2 Democratic Senators:
West Virginia - Jay Rockefeller, Joe Manchin (Really only because of Manchin, Rocky's good. Others I can think of like NY or VA also have one good and one bad).
