Another day, another postseason where the A's manage to both look like a dominant force and unbelonging in a postseason at the same time.

If the Giants win again this year, I'll be pissed.

If the Giants win the NL against the Dodgers, I'll be happy enough. Tongue

EDIT: If the Giants beat the Dodgers and the Angels, Los Angeles must forever bow down to the Bay.

I think we now have proof that season Giants and postseason Giants are two completely different teams.

KC is actually a -115/-105 favorite on Bovada to win the series, which surprised me.  I was expecting SF in the neighborhood of -125.

No matter how many playoff series we win, nobody ever takes the Giants seriously. It works fine for me, though.

Its amazing how a team can win two World Series in four years and can still be considered an underdog.

Tim Lincecum reminding everyone he's a better choice than any of the relievers Bochy used tonight.

RIP.

I'm thinking for the Giants lineup tomorrow, Bochy should use Peavy, Lincecum, and Casilla for relief. It saves Hudson, Petit, and possibly Bumgarner for Game 7 if it comes to it.

Is Lincecum ready to go? It seemed like there were some serious concerns about his back when he left Game 2 one out from the end.

He was supposed to be the one to take over in Game 4 when Morse looked like he was going to be hitting for Petit. But there were two outs on the play so they just let Petit hit thinking it wouldn't matter (and surprisingly he got his first hit of the year).

Bochy needs to utilize all of his pitchers tomorrow. Keep the Royals guessing.

The trophy should stay at Bumgarner's house for the rest of the year. Seriously.

Madison Bumgarner single-handedly crashed destiny last night. Screw that guy.

bumgarner is destiny. bumgarner is love, bumgarner is life.

We should see if there is a correlation between the number of games the Giants lose in the World Series and the proportion of seats the Democrats lose in election years. Tongue

Are you saying that the Giants could be responsible for the Republicans winning Congressional seats?

...wait...

It makes so much sense. Evil helping evil. Yes, you have truly stumbled on something massive here...

Actually if we take it at face value, it seems the harder it is for the Giants to win, the worst the Democrats do. Tongue
