Any small, good ones to recommend? Im no Ingress player but I get horrified when I run low on juice. Taking mass transit so much, I need a device to drown out the crazies and annoyings.

This is what I use. It's cheap and very easily portable: http://www.juicebarchargers.com/chargers/palmbar.html

However it's not strong enough to keep my phone charged, it only drains at a slower rate but I can still get 6-7 hours on a full charge and if you're not running Ingress + a ton of related Ingress chat apps that's probably not an issue anyway.

No, although I do have a back up battery for my phone which I make sure to grab if I know I will be out for awhile.
