Well,

Part 1, Section 1: I sincerely believe the best way to integrate immigrants is by language. I guess this part shouldn't be problematic.

Part 1 Section 2: Well, it was an idea made by the leftist party in France, and I think it's a good idea. If you live in the Midwest, if you have the possibility to be politically active, it's a good thing, and it helps immigrants to be integrated.

Part 1 section 3: I guess no one will oppose section 3?

Part 2 section 1: Well, I sincerely hate "anonymous reports", the Midwest is a democracy, not a far right dictatorship. The second point forbides a key point of the immigration law in Arizona, that could definitely lead to "racism". I don't want people, who aren't white, to be "arrested" 6 times a day. And the last point is obvious, children must go to school, even if they are undocumented, and arrestations close to schools avoid that.

Part 2 section 2: Well, if they get a legal job, arresting them would hurt economy I guess? (job supression,...). 2) and 3) are obvious and I don't need to explain why.

Part 2 section 3: I tend to believe the Atlasia should a bit more "immigration" friendly.

Part 3 section 1:  A law voted 10 years ago by the  French government. And I definitely it is a sound idead. If people live with other people who haven't the same social and economic condition, it avoids the creation of many societies, based on wealth etc. And 10% is seriously a ridiculous %, in France, it's 25%.

Part 3 section 2: "positive" discrimination, I guess it might be problematic? I sincerely believe the Midwest needs to focus more on the poorest regions!

Part 3 section 3: I don't think this section would be problematic.

Well? I'm ready for compromises!

For Part 1, Section 1, Sub-Section 2, I love the idea of accommodating to those who can't speak English, but considering the Midwest borders Canada and has a high French speaking population among the likes of MaxQue and even the Governor, it might be a good idea to add French as a language to MW documents, to.

Everything else looks good! We can afford it with the implementation of fines and the surplus and protecting immigrants from being fired, giving them their right to vote in the region and run for office, and implementing comprehensive immigration reform before the federal govt all works out.

I disagree with the clause in Part 3, Section 3 since I feel that it infringes on Midwesterners' freedom of press and speech. Ultimately, citizens have the right to say, publish, and spread ignorant ideas if they choose. Of course, freedom of speech doesn't allow for stuff like direct threats of violence or inciting a lynch mob.

Also, I changed the tiny part about the fine, to allow the courts more flexibility and fine offenders depending on the severity of the case.

Is Governor windjammer friendly or hostile to my amendment?

Friendly of course.

I really hate how Americans love their freedom of speech. But your amendment is a good compromise that could allow this part not to be struck down by the Court.

As a newly sworn in member of this body, I'd like to express a concern about Section 1- perhaps it would be possible to include provisions for native languages, such as Lakota?

I let you write this amendment. And I can assure it will be friendly to me! I don't want to destroy "native languages"!
