A parent who smokes a joint shouldn't be the basis for whether or not a family starves. Plain and simple.

I used to be in favor of this but my opinion has changed. It costs too much money and does the opposite of what the law is intended to do.

it costs more than the money saved, thus making it completely pointless.

If public money's going to be wasted, I'd rather it be on testing than going to drug dealers. If a parent would rather use drugs than get money for their children, then ACS should take them away ASAP.

It's been conclusively demonstrated that such policies cost more than they save, regardless of any moral issues. In fact, I think that this fact as been so well-publicized that it's impossible to even discuss the issue without the fact coming up.

I was completely stunned when Mississippi decided to enact this ... a few weeks ago (!?)

Why would this in any way be stunning Harry?  It fits perfectly in the narrative that many have taken advantage of for decades.  The welfare recipients are perpetuated to all be driving Benz's and buying Air Jordans to piss off the other working class to poor people just scraping by.

Also your fine state is one that supposedly is for the small govt party but is dead last for being most dependent on fedgov.

I'm huge, buff, sexy, and muscular because of steroids.

The key with steroids, like any type of medication is taking the RIGHT amount and finding a correct balance.

Remember, going from a zero (fat) to a hero (buff/lifter like me) does not happen by going to the gym once. It happens by adjusting your diet and starting out by eating healthy.
