The fact that Jimmy Carter has higher approval ratings than Theodore Roosevelt is a testament to the left-wing bias of this forum.

To be fair, many conservatives/libertarians probably voted "HP" for Teddy.

I don't get why libertarians like Jimmy Carter, though.
