The American ones are certainly week.  I can't comment on how representative the English, Irish, etc., accents are.  Mostly I think he's just having fun.

<Very minor Game of Thrones SPOILERS below>

Ok, in Game of Thrones this week Arya and the Hound are in a bar to get Needle back.  The fella that has Needle....what accent did he speak?  It was certainly different than most of the regulars on the show, but still one I recall hearing before.

My accent doesn't really fit any of those on the original link.

As a general rule I speak a form of Estuary English. Although many people at University, often those from the north think I have an Essex twang (i.e. TOWIE-esque).
