Aaron Burr? Richard M. Johnson? Lyndon Johnson?
Burr was bad, but as Politicus explained, he was a pretty decent man who was ahead of his times. It is a shame that he flirted with treason. Johnson is pretty neutral, and LBJ, while a horrible, horrible man, was still marginally better.
