If I had a gun to my head, and the world got so bad that this is my choice, I'd ask the gunman to shoot me.

Voted for Rumsfiend.

Well, I'm trying to get the man elected in a game, so I guess Rumsfeld.

I would vote for the one more likely to die in office.  Rumsfeld is older, but Cheney's had heart problems, so I don't know.

Rumsfeld actually seems like he would be a fun guy to hang out with and play word games, while Cheney is the kind of person you don't want to be left alone with.

Cheney may have been an evil manipulative bastard, but at least he wasn't an idiot.  Cheney.

This is almost as bad as the Hitler vs. Stalin question.

My thinking is the opposite of Ernest's. Rumsfeld was an amoral idiot but he wasn't an actively evil manipulative bastard.

I think Mung Beans might have been making a snide remark about the thread title and poll option's misspelling of Rumsfeld's name. I'd be surprised and a little concerned if he's genuinely unaware of who Rumsfeld is.

That is like asking 'Lenin VS. Trotsky'.

Why is that difficult? Trotsky by far.

Anyway, I like rum and I like fields, so Rumsfield it is.

You can save Rums Field from the firing squad. Anyway, some world leaders would want to execute George W Bush after seeing things like this:
